Do I need protection?
Having a protection policy in place can help maintain commitments, if the worst happens. When taking on a new large financial commitment like a mortgage, it’s best to be protected!
If you already have protection in place, we can review this to see if you have the best price and level of cover. We’ll never recommend replacing a policy unless it’s beneficial to you!
There are many types of protection policy that can be used to provide a range of benefits, including:
- Pay off remaining mortgage balances
- Provide a lump-sum to your chosen beneficiaries
- Recieve a regular income if you’re unable to work
- Recieve a regular amount to cover your mortgage payments
Free Mortgage Advice
We offer free mortgage advice with our All in One Mortgage solution. Our solution is designed to ensure you have adequate protection in place to support your new mortgage. Once we have received an initial lending decision from a mortgage lender, we provide you with a recommendation for the level of protection needed to support the mortgage (or the maximum benefit for your budget). We can also review existing protection policies to see if we can find a more cost-effective quote with equal or better benefits.
If you would prefer to receive standalone mortgage advice, we charged a fixed fee of £350, which is payable once we have received a full offer from a lender. You can also choose to add this fee to the loan and it will then be paid to us through the solicitors when the mortgage completes.
